Q: What are your wipes made of? What are Ingeo™ Fibers?
A: Our wipes are made from Ingeo™ Fibers a product of Natureworks LLC (Minnetonka, Minnesota). Ingeo™ Fiber is extruded from NatureWorks PLA and is the world's first man made fiber from 100% renewable resources. It is free of chemical additives or surface treatments. Production of the fibers requires 68% less fossil fuel resources than the production of traditional oil-based materials . It is also the world’s first greenhouse gas (GHG) neutral polymer with the purchase of renewable energy certificates. Ingeo Fibers are both recyclable and compostable. To learn more click here
Q: What do you mean by biodegradable?
A: Under the correct conditions and with the right handling, Elements Naturals wipe material will compost back to natural sugar. They can be used in your existing recycling program and can be industrially composted, meaning that under the right conditions and with the right handling, the complete life cycle of production, consumption, disposal and reuse is neatly closed. The wipes will biodegrade in 180 days.
Q: Are all your wipe solution ingredients natural?
A: Yes. All our ingredients are derived from plants and are 100% natural. We don’t use a single man made chemical. This is not only better for the environment, it is better for your baby as well.
Q: Is your packaging recyclable?
A: Yes. Our packaging material is made from Oriented Polypropelyne. Unlike other refill packs our packaging can be placed in your recycle bin to be reused as another resource.
Q: Why are your baby wipes not flushable?
A: We felt that it was more important to focus on the strength of our 100% natural wipe material. Flushable products suffer from lack of strength because they need to break down in water. This causes them to tear easily when you use them. Our baby wipes are 100% biodegradable, so they will be absorbed into the earth within a short period of time.
Q: Your wipes are larger than other companies’ wipes, why?
A: A larger wipe makes it easier to clean and helps avoid getting anything on your hands.
Q: Are any of your wipe ingredients tested on animals?
A: No.

A: Yes. We have an extensive product pipeline with 100% natural products that we will launch in the near future.

A: Of course, in fact our wipes can be used by anyone that needs to clean up a mess.
